On the other side of the process of heat transferring, there are the cooling towers. As same as the condenser, because of the heat transfer and the changing of water temperature, a lot of scale create on the cooling tower surface. Our company brings the solution to the problem in the shape of the AVR (automatic scale preventing system). The system treats not only the scale problem, but also problems such as bacteria's, alga and corrosion. The system can be installed on any kind of cooling tower - open or close systems. All the company systems are produces under strong regulations and quality tests (ISO, CE,...). All systems are "Environment friendly". By using our systems there is no need to use any chemicals, softeners, salts etc. As to this fact, the drained water of the condenser and the cooling tower- that was used before- can be dismissed, can be used for all kind of irrigation purposes and others. |
The Company first introducing system to the client was - The automatic condenser tube cleaning system, as knowing the big problems which raised in the Condenser tubes due to the heat transfer process and due to the problems caused as result. We turn our effort to find solutions to the problems. The main problems are all kind of sediments which remain in the tubes, corrosion that damage the tubes, bacteria act. Those problems not only causing for high lost of energy but also causing to stop production lines in different factories. The lost of energy and / or stopping production line, are equal to big lost of money for the client (savings are between tens to hundreds of thousands Euro in a year ). Our system can be installed on all kind of condenser with any kind of liquid ! Condenser exit pipe can be from 2", 3" up to any size. By using our system we are not saving only a lot of energy to our clients but also solving a lot of technical problems, cause from the use of chemicals and softeners, problems such as corrosion, high pressure problems, damage to the tubes etc. Our system also provides our clients the possibility to see, by eyes, what is going on inside the condenser in real time. This option was never available before!
